Caverta belongs to a group of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These drugs function by boosting blood flow to the penis, which improves the quality of erections and sexual performance.
The active ingredient in Caverta is sildenafil, which works by relaxing the smooth muscles around the penis while also increasing the blood flow to it. Caverta is a fast acting tablet that comes in 3 doses: 25mg, 50mg and 100mg.
The active ingredient in Caverta, sildenafil, works by inhibiting the action of the PDE5 enzyme, which is primarily found in the smooth muscle cells of the penis. PDE5 is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a chemical that promotes relaxation of smooth muscle and vasodilation, which allows for increased blood flow to the penis.
With an increased blood flow to the penis, Caverta can help achieve and maintain stronger erection during sex. After you’ve taken a dose of Caverta, it should start providing results within 30-60 minutes.
If you feel like you are still unable to get erections after taking Caverta or if your erections are lasting longer than 4 hours, you should consult your doctor. They may adjust your dosage or suggest some other options.
Caverta is manufactured in India by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd while Viagra is manufactured by Pfizer. While the active ingredient in both these pills is sildenafil which works in the same way, there are a few differences in the way these pills look and cost.

You should swallow a Caverta pill with a glass of water, and you should do it about an hour before you want to have sex. It usually takes some time for the medication to start working, so be patient and wait for it to take effect. It's also important to remember that the medication won't make you feel different or change the way your penis looks - it'll just help your body work better during sexual activity.
Follow the dosage exactly as instructed by your doctor. Usually, it is not recommended to take more than 100mg of Caverta within a day. If the pill doesn’t work for you like it should, you should let your doctor know.
If you take Caverta after a lot of food, it can be less effective. Although there is no proof that Caverta and alcohol have any negative interactions, heavy drinking can be one of the main causes of your erectile dysfunction.
According to one study, 72% of men who consumed alcohol seemed to suffer from sexual dysfunctions like ED, premature ejaculation or lower sex drive. Therefore, it is advisable to drink alcohol in moderation
What dosage of Caverta is best for me?
Caverta comes in three doses: 25 mg, 50mg, and 100mg. If you are taking ED treatment for the first time, your doctor will start you on a lower dosage before increasing the dose after assessing your condition.
Some common side effects of Caverta are headache, blocked nose, and nausea. These are, however, temporary. And will likely decrease in intensity as you keep using it. If any of the side effects seem to be unmanageable, you must inform your doctor so that they can adjust your dosage accordingly.
