Maxogest contains the active ingredient Medroxyprogesterone, a synthetic form of the naturally occurring hormone progesterone, which regulates the menstrual cycle.

Endometriosis will generally require a longer course of Maxogest 10 mg tablets than would be expected for menstrual related treatments. During this time you may experience spotting and irregular bleeding.
