Himalaya Evecare is an ayurvedic formula made by Himalaya Wellness Company. It is claimed to be effective in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and other menstrual problems like abdominal cramps, heavy bleeding and irregular periods.
Itโs also claimed that if you take it regularly for sometime, it might help in resolving anemia by improving the haemoglobin levels in your body and making sure that your reproductive organs work well. But because itโs an ayurvedic medicine, these claims havenโt been supported with clinical research.
Himalaya Evecare contains some โwonderโ ayurvedic herbs like Ashoka Tree (Ashoka), Asparagus (Shatavari), Lodh Tree (Lodhra) and Malabar Nut (Vasaka).
Ashoka Tree (Ashoka) is considered by some ayurvedic practitioners to have oestrogenic qualities that repair and restore the inner lining of the uterine wall (endometrium) during your periods.
Asparagus (Shatavari) is said by some to improve fertility, balance the hormonal levels, regulate your period cycle and give relief from PMS symptoms.
Some think the Lodh Tree (Lodhra) helps to regulate the hormones in the ovaries and enhance fertility.
Malabar Nut is thought by some to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that help reduce period pain. But there isnโt substantial clinical evidence that demonstrates these properties, because itโs an ayurvedic treatment that doesnโt need to go through clinical trials like medications do.
Himalaya Evecare comes in two different strengths โ 200ml and 400ml. It also comes in capsule form (1 pack with 30 capsules).
Your doctor can suggest which dosage is right for you.
Each 5ml of Himalaya Evecare Syrup includes some key ingredients:
Ashoka (Saraca Asoca or Saraca Indica) 50 mg, Shatavari โ Asparagus Racemosus 32 mg, Lodhra โ Symplocos Racemosa 33 mg, Kakamachi โ Solanum Nigrum 33 mg, Coconut (Narikela) โ Cocos Nucifera 32 mg, Guduchi (Giloy) โ Tinospora Cordifolia 33 mg, Ghrita Kumari โ Aloe Vera (25 mg), Dashamoola 33 mg, Punarnava โ Boerhavia Diffusa 32 mg and others.

Shake the bottle well before you use it. Take it as suggested by your doctor. Do not take less or more than the prescribed dosage.
As Evecare is an ayurvedic formulation, it might take some time to show results (if any). So, itโs important to keep this in mind and not expect to see changes right away.
Taking it regularly for 2โ3 months is said to give you long term benefits (but there isnโt any substantial evidence to authenticate this claim).
If you forget to take a dose, donโt worry. You can take it as soon as you remember. But if itโs almost time for your next dose, skip it. Just continue with the scheduled one as usual.
