The pill that makes you last longer in bed.

Duralast is a pill you can take to delay premature ejaculation. Taking just one tablet a couple of hours before sex will help you last longer in bed. This can help improve your relationship with your partner and increase sexual satisfaction.
If you’re experiencing premature ejaculation, a consultation with one of our doctors can help. When you order Duralast online with Treated, we’ll deliver your treatment regularly and discreetly – direct to your door.
Duralast is a pill that is used to treat premature ejaculation in men. It’s a type of treatment called an SSRI, or a selective serotonin receptor inhibitor. You are supposed to take it before sexual intercourse to increase the time it takes for you to orgasm.
The medicine works by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain. Once your serotonin levels increase, you experience less anxiety or stress about early ejaculation and can last longer during sexual intercourse.
The main ingredient in Duralast is dapoxetine. It’s a type of treatment known as a selective serotonin uptake inhibitor, or an SSRI. These reduce the amount of serotonin reabsorbed serotonin transporters, increasing its transmission around your body. As Serotonin is the most important neural transmitter involved in ejaculation control, more of it in your body helps you last as long as you’d like.
You can get Duralast in either 30mg or 60mg doses. Evidence shows both of these dosages are very effective at treating premature ejaculation. A trial conducted on patients who took dapoxetine concluded that the time it took men to ejaculate during intercourse was significantly longer and higher for both the doses.
A review of Dapoxetine (the active ingredient in Duralast) looked at control and satisfaction levels of men taking it. Its effectiveness was measured through 'perceived control' over ejaculation, as well as increase in 'ejaculatory latency time' (how long it actually took to climax, timed using a stopwatch).
In men for who the treatment worked, 67% said they had either better or much better control over when they climaxed, and 74% rated their satisfaction with intercourse as 'good' or 'very good'.

Taking Duralast is easy and convenient. Simply take a Duralast tablet between one and three hours before you have sex and you should be good to go. You can take Duralast with or without food. It’s recommended that you take it with a full glass of water to prevent a bitter taste in your mouth.
Duralast isn’t appropriate for women, or people older than 65.
Your doctor will prescribe you 30mg of Duralast when you’re first trying out this medication. If your ejaculation still isn’t lasting as long as you’d like, your doctor can increase your dose to 60mg (as long as you’re responding well to the medication.)
Once you take your Duralast tablet, you should only have to wait an hour until you feel its effects. After one to two hours, Duralast will be at its highest level in your body, and you’ll get the maximum benefit from it for up to three hours after taking your tablet.
You should only take one dose of Duralast a day, as your doctor has instructed. If you accidentally take more tablets than you’re told to, you should tell your doctor. You might experience side effects like heavy drowsiness (somnolence), nausea, sickness, a tremor, agitation, or dizziness.
