How to use O-Stat
Whenever you eat one of your three main meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—take one capsule. You can take it up to an hour before, during, or after a meal. With water, swallow the pill whole.
You don't need to take O-Stat if you skip a main meal or have a meal without any fat, because it only works when you eat dietary fat.
What to eat when taking O-Stat
O-Stat should be taken in conjunction with a healthy, calorie-restricted diet that is high in fruits and vegetables, has an average of 30% of its calories from fat sources, and is well-balanced. Spread out your daily carb, protein, and fat intake over three meals.
Avoid eating items high in fat between meals, such as chocolate, cookies, and salty snacks, to experience the greatest benefit from O-Stat.
If I miss an O-Stat capsule, what should I do?
If you forget to take a dosage, do so as soon as possible (as long as it's within an hour after your previous meal). After that, you can carry on taking it as usual. Never double the dose to make up for missing one.
